Kamal Abdallah – Board of Directors

Mr. Abdallah has fifteen years experience in commercial real estate investment and development. He developed a very successful real estate investment business while based in Florida and concentrated on structuring and financing a variety of strategic deals.  Mr. Abdallah attended Oakland Community College and Oakland University in Michigan where he focused his studies in the areas of accounting and finance.

Christopher J. McCauley – Board of Directors

Mr. McCauley has twenty years experience in the areas of Real Estate and Commercial law and over eight years of legal practice in oil and gas acquisitions and operations.   He is a graduate of Ohio State University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Jack Baker - Corporate Communications

Mr. Baker has over 12 years experience in public and investor relations through his associations with companies such as Sound Money Investors, Continental Capital and Equities, Marana Group, Sequence Marketing and the Cervelle Group. Mr. Baker directs the UPDA PR/IR team to enhance the overall perception of UPDA in the financial and business Communities, he disseminates information to our shareholders and expands shareholders values.

Jack also serves as Communications Officer for Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (UPDA) and Continental Fuels (CFUL).
